Level 4.0 Competitive
This is a Competitive Play Session.

Players start the season with pre-assigned rating (e.g. 4.0 players are all assigned 4.250 rating)

5 players assigned to each court, based on their 4 digit rating

Each player partners one game with each other player

Game is to 11 points, win by 2, capped at 15

Wins and Losses recorded

Results are entered into pickleballratings.com and a new rating is calculated for the next week

Once competitive games in a session are complete, members join the regular play for that session

This is Regular Round Robin or Whiteboard Play

Level 4.0 Competitive & Regular - 6 Courts - Signup Limit = 28

This session is combined Competitive and Regular (Round Robin or Whiteboard) Play

Registration for both Sessions Opens 6 days prior to the Event at midnight

Registration for Competitive Sessions closes 2 days before the Event at midnight, and closes for Regular Session just before the Event starts

Captains do NOT need to signup for the Sessions

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to Event

NOTE: The courts are designated by the City of Surrey as "Pickleball Preferred" for the hours we have scheduled in the Calendar. This means that SPC does NOT have exclusive rights to the courts. If members of the public want to play pickleball, we must accommodate them. Everyone is then subject to the 30 minute wait time rule for the courts. Tennis players do not need to be accommodated.
