Surrey Pickleball Club

About Us

The Surrey Pickleball Club is an outdoor-season and indoor-season pickleball club.  Our formally organized playing season is roughly mid-April to mid-September outdoors and from mid-September to April indoors.  In the spring and summer we play outdoors on the dedicated pickleball courts in the South Surrey Athletic Park in Surrey, British Columbia and, in the fall and winter, indoors at the Peace Portal Alliance Church (See where we are located).  Our organized play includes specified skill-level (rated) structured play, specified skill-level (rated) unstructured play and open (rated and unrated) play.

We hold three tournaments per year, our member-only Spring Launch (in late April or early May), our open-to-the-public, Pickleball Canada sanctioned Mid-Summer Slam (July) and the open-to-the-public Pickleball Canada sanctioned Grip 'n Rip (early September).  We also promote and/or endorse several other tournaments including, the SSIPA sanctioned Super Senior Slam Tournament which is held in mid-summer.

The Surrey Pickleball Club is a BC registered not-for-profit society.  Our fiscal year begins October 1 and our Annual General Meeting is held in September of each year.

Our bylaws can be found here.
